The role serves as the primary contact for IWRS/IRT and eDiary users, providing technical support and issue resolution. It involves monitoring data accuracy, executing application testing, and coordinating with sponsors and internal teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in health, physical, or biological sciences with at least 3 years of experience in clinical trial data processing. The role requires the ability to work independently with a professional communication style and a detailed approach to data review.
