The HR/Payroll Assistant will manage payroll operations, including data entry, time-keeping adjustments, and benefits administration. They will also serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with at least two years of HR/Payroll experience. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ADP are strongly preferred.
At Essick Air Products we’re looking for a detail-oriented HR/Payroll Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is a great fit for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting employees and keeping HR/Payroll operations running smoothly. This position assists employees and managers with payroll information and benefits. Other responsibilities include keying, reviewing, correcting, and updating entries to the automated payroll system. In addition, reviews time-keeping exceptions and keys adjustments. Provides a high level of customer service.
