The Procurement Assistant supports the procurement team by sourcing materials, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries. They are also responsible for tracking vendor compliance and maintaining accurate procurement records to ensure project deadlines are met.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of procurement or administrative experience, preferably in the construction or industrial sector. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Construction Management is preferred.

The Procurement Assistant will support the procurement team with purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries, preparing purchase orders, tracking vendor compliance, and maintaining records. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations by helping secure the materials and services needed to meet project deadlines and company standards.
