What you will be doing:
Managing structured and unstructured technical product data.
Creating and maintaining logical, rule‑based automation for data accuracy.
Executing long‑term customer projects ranging from 1–9 months
Collaborating closely with senior team members during the initial high‑learning period.
Aligning work hours primarily with the Thailand team schedule

Advanced Excel proficiency for handling complex datasets.
Ability to manage structured and unstructured product data.
SQL competency for data extraction and updates.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
SQL experience for basic data manipulation and support tasks.
Experience with technical product data or industrial/automation/electrical domains preferred.
Customer‑facing experience is beneficial but not mandatory
What you will likely bring:
1–3 years of experience in technical, implementation, engineering, or integration roles.
Familiarity with API calls, JSON, XML, and network communication.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Ruby is a plus).
Good to have:
Proficiency in front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
Understanding of integrations, API structures, JSON, XML.
Shift Timings: 5:30pm - 2:30am
