Job DetailsJob Location: MidlandOne - Midland, TX 79707EnerCorp Engineered Solutions, LLC is a private equity sponsored oilfield services company with operations in Canada and the United States. EnerCorp specializes in providing its customers sand filtration and sand management technologies / services, and custom fabrication. We are committed to delivering high quality specialty products and services, on budget, on time, and exceeding customer expectations while providing a safe and excellent working environment for our employees. EnerCorp Engineered Solutions provides the largest sand management solutions rental asset base and manufacturing capabilities in North America.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The shop foreman is responsible for planning, scheduling, performing, directing, and evaluating the repair and servicing of equipment. This individual has significant control of maintenance equipment and is in frequent contact with company employees that use this equipment. The shop foreman must routinely advise, consult, and help other employees. They are also responsible for equipment repair schedules and records, including meeting any deadlines or requests by other employees. Additionally, the shop foreman must purchase any necessary parts to complete repairs, making knowledge of repair procedures and basic computer software (to place orders) necessary.

Specific responsibilities

Maintains the integrity of equipment and ensures functionality by scheduling and tracking maintenance and repairs for all equipment and fleet on location.
Takes work orders and prepares required equipment for jobs.
Pro-actively tracks detailed inventory of parts, supplies and equipment as well as decommissioned or disposed assets and ensures ongoing communication with Asset Manager.
In charge of equipment maintenance which involves equipment inspection for damage or wear as well as cleaning, troubleshooting and repair, as needed.
Ensures inspections are completed and passed prior to equipment usage.
Researches and maintains inspection dates of various equipment pieces.
Coordinates with Asset Manager all equipment arrivals.
Assists with qualifying and supervising employees at his/her location with DM support.
Manage daily flow of work schedule among shop employees to assure efficient processes and procedures and monitors performance during operating hours.
Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Works effectively as a team member with other members of the organization.
Must have the ability to jump in and help solve situations when employees need assistance.
Assists employees with problems concerning "how to" perform specific tasks related to their duties.
Maintain a high state of integrity and professionalism in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position
Support all other special assignments as directed by the DM

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of three years of shop maintenance experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Ability to perform equipment maintenance as well as troubleshooting/diagnostic skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of proper and safe use of shop equipment.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Must possess flexibility and the capacity to handle wide range of situations and personalities.
Motivated and fast paced personality with serious work ethics.
Strong results orientation.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.

PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Must be willing and able to work 12 hour shifts or as necessary to meet multiple deadlines.
Must be able to work on various projects under pressure.
Sitting, walking, bending, reaching, talking and typing 8+ hours per day.
Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs and move about the work site.
Exposed to noise and dust in manufacturing plant and warehouse environment.
Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking. Subject to long, irregular hours

May require work to be performed in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and around vibration, loud noise, potential of fumes or airborne particles, and varying outdoor weather conditions.
