In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, including scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes
Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and performance indicators
Coordinate multiple workstreams across platforms, systems, and delivery models
Identify dependencies, manage risks proactively, and support clear, data-informed decision-making
Apply structured problem-solving approaches to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with user needs
Serve as a connector across content, engineering, UX, and IT teams to enable shared understanding and alignment
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support Agile delivery by aligning program priorities with team execution and backlog management
Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and governance
Drive innovation in documentation technologies, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities
Lead adoption of new tools, processes, and standards across teams
Promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights, performance monitoring, and feedback loops

Familiarity with enterprise content management systems, documentation platforms, or similar technologies
