The Senior Legal Counsel acts as a strategic partner to production and operations teams, managing legal risks and facilitating innovation. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various contracts, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with intellectual property and digital laws.
Candidates must be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Expertise in digital, intellectual property, business, or employment law is required, along with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
