The Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex highways and technology schemes throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring performance across health and safety, quality, cost, and delivery. They will manage stakeholder relationships, oversee sub-contractors, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and sustainability targets.
Candidates must have extensive experience in managing multiple concurrent project teams and a strong background in commercial contract management. A professional management qualification and a full driving license are highly preferred to support the required site visits and travel.

This role is available part time, job share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full time.
The Project Manager delivers project objectives with respect to the six key areas of performance: Health & Safety, Quality, Cost, Environment, Delivery and People.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a strong project background to join this fast-paced team to deliver the more complex highways and technology schemes throughout their whole project lifecycle. Schemes range in value from £100k to £3m+ and include safety schemes, environmental improvements, technology schemes, remedial works and junction improvement schemes.
