The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping and outgoing invoices for fund management entities. Additionally, the candidate will support the preparation of annual financial statements and collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
Candidates should have initial accounting experience from a degree, internship, or apprenticeship and be fluent in both German and English. Proficiency or a willingness to learn DATEV and a detail-oriented, proactive working style are required.
Handling the independent booking of business transactions
Preparing and manage outgoing invoices
Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements
Collaborating with our external tax advisors and auditors
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our finance processes and tools
First experience in accounting through an internship, working student role, apprenticeship, or a relevant degree
Basic familiarity with DATEV is a plus; willingness to learn it is a must
A structured, detail-oriented working style
Proactive and reliable: you follow through, flag issues early, and take ownership
Openness to digital tools and process improvements
Fluent German and English (C1)
