Our Operations Team is at the intersection of trading, development, and systems administration and plays an integral part of our firm’s success. The team manages the deployments, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting for multiple trading strategies. We are seeking an individual to help us solve complex problems and improve our processes and tools. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong sense of ownership who can anticipate challenges. Must be open to working a rotating schedule between US and Asia shifts.

The minimum base salary for this role starts at $75,000. This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus as part of the total compensation package, in addition to the benefits listed above. Exact compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.
