The Facilities Maintenance Assistant performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Additionally, the role handles minor mechanical repairs for company vehicles and forklifts while ensuring overall facility safety and cleanliness.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in both facilities maintenance and mechanical repair of vehicles or material handling equipment. A high school diploma and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant supports the Maintenance Technician or Facilities Manager in ensuring that buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, clean, and fully operational. This role performs routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and responds to service requests in a timely, professional manner. The position may also assist with the maintenance and minor mechanical repairs of company vehicles, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as needed.
Requirements
$19-22 per hour, depending on experience.
