The Senior Maintenance First Line Supervisor leads and coaches team members while managing daily maintenance activities to ensure minimal production downtime. They are responsible for prioritizing repair needs, implementing safety programs, and coordinating labor, parts, and materials for efficient operations.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or skilled trades and an Associate’s degree in Engineering or documented journeyman status. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, technical schematics, and SAP software is required.

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance First Line Supervisor with at the Dupont Yerkes Site in Buffalo NY.
The primary role of the Senior Maintenance First Line Supervisor is to improve the work force productivity by supporting daily maintenance opportunities and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, coordination of labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, permissions, specialized documentation, and equipment access.
They will be responsible for ensuring the safety needs are given a top priority in facilitating daily work. The scope of this position consists of giving direction / assistance to our process mechanics while interfacing with the production group and external construction organization. It will be necessary to interface with vendors to keep abreast of new developments and apply their expertise to solve problems.

The Pay range for this role is $81,900.00 - $128,700.00 Annual
