DuPont Adhesives sucht einen Laboranten (100%) für die Entwicklung von strukturellen Klebstoffen im europäischen Kompetenz-Zentrum Freienbach, im Großraum Zürich, Schweiz. Das Forschungs- & Entwicklungszentrum in Freienbach ist mit F&E-, technischen Service- und Analyselaboren sowie Anwendungs- und Scale-up Anlagen ausgestattet, um alle Entwicklungsaktivitäten vom Design, der Synthese und Charakterisierung von Prepolymeren, der Mischung von Klebstoffen, dem Scale-up, der Leistungsanalyse bis hin zur vollindustriellen Anwendung von Klebstoffen abzudecken. Dies dient dazu, die Transformation zur E-Mobilität und Nachhaltigkeit in der globalen Automobil- und Transportindustrie durch die Entwicklung und Kommerzialisierung von Klebstoffen und Verarbeitungswerkstoffen zu unterstützen und voranzutreiben.
Entwicklung von semi-strukturellen und strukturellen Klebstoffen in der Automobilindustrie insbesondere für den Karosserie Leichtbau und die e-Mobilität.
Unterstützung der effizienten und effektiven Materialentwicklungen, auf Basis von fundierten chemischen und materialwissenschaftlichen Kenntnissen und einem starken Fokus auf hypotesebasiertes Design von Formulierungen und Experimenten.
Unterstützung der Fertigung und Unterstützung während der kommerziellen Markteinführung der Technologien gemäß den Produktkommerzialisierungsprozessen von DuPont.
Eine ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung ist erwünscht.
Laborant mit sehr gutem chemischen Verständnis ist eine Mindestanforderung.
Erfahrung im Bereich der Kelbstoffe, insbesondere von Epoxy und Polyurethan basierten Klebstofftechnologien für den Automobilbau ist von Vorteil .
Erfahrung in Projektmanagement-Tools und -Prozessen ist von Vorteil.
Sehr gute Arbeitsorganisation und gute Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten ist eine Voraussetzung.

Eigenständige Entwicklung von Klebstoffrezepturen unter Verwendung verschiedener Technologien und unter Anwendung unterschiedlicher Chemien, um die Projektanforderungen zu erfüllen mit minimaler Aufsicht des Projektleiters.
Vorbereitung (Mischung) von Klebstoffrezepten gemäß verfügbaren Prozessstandards, einschließlich Unterstützung bei Scale-up Aktivitäten. Vollständig unabhängige Tests und Leistungscharakterisierung der Klebstoffe gemäß den Spezifikationen der Automobilkunden. Vollständig unabhängige Dokumentation der Rezepte und der Ergebnisse in modernen Lab Data Managment Datenbanken.
Hauptsächlich unabhängige Zusammenfassung und Bewertung der Projektergebnisse in Laborberichten und internen wissenschaftlichen Veröffentlichungen, so wie die Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter.
Durchführung aller praktischen Arbeiten in vollem Einklang mit den EH&S (Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit) Standards von DuPont.
Beitrag zur Dokumentation des geistigen Eigentums.
Verständnis und Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategie von DuPont.
Untersützung der Vorbereitung von Projekt-Stage-Gate-Meetings auf der Grundlage DuPont Entwicklungs-Standards.
