The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans for students within school settings. They are responsible for training school staff, monitoring student progress through data analysis, and collaborating with special education teams.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism in a school setting is required.

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for BCBAs who want meaningful school-based work, stability, and work-life balance, with the option to pick up additional cases if desired throughout Long Island.
