The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC equipment to manufacture and repair precision compressor components. They must ensure all parts meet OEM specifications and company quality standards through rigorous inspection and documentation.
Candidates must be proficient in reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers. Experience with CNC lathes, machining centers, and G-code programming is required.

Responsibilities
The CNC Machinist is responsible for safely setting up, programming (when required), operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing specifications.

The CNC Machinist shall produce precision components safely, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and workmanship. All work shall comply with engineering drawings, OEM specifications, company quality standards, and customer requirements, with complete documentation and traceability maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
