Nous sommes à la recherche de superviseurs de l'entretien ménager pour plusieurs projets.
Relevant du superviseur de projet, et agissant au niveau de la division, les tâches de la personne occupant le poste de Superviseur de l’entretien ménager visent à superviser et coordonner le personnel d’entretien des chambres et les concierges. Il est responsable de mettre en place et de maintenir la propreté des installations à son plus haut niveau.
Localisation : Fermont.
Langue : Français.
Rotation : 14-14 (Fly-in / Fly-out).
Horaire : 12 heures par jour ou par nuit.
Salaire : Rémunération compétitive.
Départ : Plusieurs aéroports de départ (Montréal, Québec, Mont-Jolie, etc).
Transport : Par avion, carte d'identité obligatoire.
Camps : Campements de travail de 100 clients.
Les tâches et responsabilités de la personne occupant le poste de Superviseur de l’entretien ménager incluent, mais ne se limitent pas nécessairement aux tâches suivantes :
Assurer un milieu de travail sécuritaire;
Fournir une supervision, une formation, des conseils et un soutien à toutes les personnes d’entretien et concierges;
Démontrer aux membres de l’équipe un leadership positif et l’exemple des exigences attendues;
Planifier le personnel d’entretien en respectant les budgets;
Effectuer l’inventaire et commander les fournitures en respectant les budgets;
Aider le gestionnaire de camp avec tous les documents requis à des fins de rapport qui peuvent inclure des feuilles de temps et des rapports d’incidents;
Participer à la fermeture de chaque installation au besoin, ce qui peut inclure, mais sans s’y limiter, des rapports d’inventaire et des tâches de nettoyage globales;
Observer et signaler toute réparation ou dommage nécessaires dans l’aire de travail au gestionnaire. Utiliser le protocole de bons de travail émis par le client;
Inspection et suivis du travail des personnes d’entretien ménager;
Se conformer à toutes les normes du SIMDUT (Système d’information sur les matières dangereuses utilisées au travail), HACCP (analyse des risques et maîtrise des points critiques) et de salubrité des aliments;
S’assurer que toutes les tâches sont effectuées de façon sécuritaire et signaler tout incident ou problème immédiatement. Ne passez pas à côté, agissez maintenant;

Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience ou plus en entretien ménager ou dans un domaine de travail connexe ;
Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience ou plus dans un rôle de supervision d’entretien ménager;
Posséder la certification SIMDUT (Système d’information sur les matières dangereuses utilisées au travail);
Maîtrise de l'informatique – Suite Microsoft Office : Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Scheduling Software;
Expérience préalable dans le travail en milieu isolé dans le domaine des ressources naturelles et/ou de la construction est considéré comme un atout.
Permis de conduire obligatoire.
Personne responsable, professionnelle et fiable;

Prédominance dans le respect des règles et directives en matière de santé et de sécurité;
