The General Manager oversees all daily operations of the pet resort, including staff recruitment, training, and scheduling. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets and inventory, and executing local marketing strategies to grow sales.
Candidates must have over five years of P&L management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or service industries, and specific experience in veterinary, boarding, or grooming. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work flexible hours including weekends.
