The Production Associate is responsible for assembling fluid applicators using hand-held and automated tools according to strict specifications. They must perform quality inspections, track production via scanners, and maintain an organized workspace.
Candidates must be able to follow detailed instructions, measure accurately in millimeters and inches, and work with a sense of urgency. Physical ability to manipulate small parts and stand for prolonged periods is essential.

\nResponsibilities That Will Enhance Your SkillsYou'll be a part of our dedicated team on-site, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Additional mandatory overtime may be scheduled as needed. We value the importance of teamwork and hands-on collaboration, so this position requires 100% on-site presence.
