Responsibilities

The associate is responsible for picking and loading freight and bulk products according to company requirements for shipments and deliveries. Key duties include staging loads, unloading trucks, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and quality standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of general warehouse experience and proficiency in operating a forklift. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Summary

Pick & load freight and bulk products following company picking and loading requirements for customer pick-ups, shipments, or delivery. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review daily delivery documents prior to picking.
  • Pick and Stage Loads in staging area.
  • Ensure that all containers are clean and clear of any debris meeting all Dennison Lubricant quality standards.
  • Unload returning delivery trucks.
  • Load bulk and freight according to delivery order and bulk tote positioning.
  • Secure load and delivery equipment.
  • Return delivery documents to driver slots/Operations Manager.
  • Perform housekeeping requirements when necessary.
  • Stage or stock finished product when necessary.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned by Supervisor.
  • Must be able to work 5 days and 40 hours minimum per week.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities

 Must have experience operating a forklift

 Experience in a manufacturing environment recommended but not required

Education & Experience

 1 year of general warehouse experience is required

 High School diploma or equivalent
