The role focuses on supporting people through organizational transformations, specifically regarding operational excellence and digitalization. Candidates should have a Master's degree or equivalent experience and be fluent in both English and Dutch. A strong background in people-centric change management, UX focus, and the ability to build internal networks is required.
Support different initiatives across DEME that improve how we work and how our processes run
Focus on the people side of change: helping colleagues understand and adopt new ways of working
Coach initiative managers and their teams (mainly around operational excellence and digitalization)
Drive internal communication to keep people informed and engaged (news, videos, events, …)
Organize and facilitate workshops (e.g. vision sessions, feedback or testing workshops)
Gather input from stakeholders and adjust your approach based on their feedback
You easily connect with people and take initiative
You build relationships naturally and enjoy working towards a common goal
You keep the bigger picture in mind, but are also hands-on and detail-oriented
You communicate clearly and know how to listen and involve others
You’re interested in how people experience change and what helps them adapt
You can turn feedback into concrete, practical actions
You’re eager to learn and open to new things
You have a Master’s degree or similar through experience
You are fluent in English and Dutch
Experience with UX or change/digitalization projects is a plus
