The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including guest service, transaction processing, and maintaining food and beverage standards. Additional duties include hiring, training, scheduling employees, and ensuring a safe work environment to increase profitability.
Candidates must possess strong communication, grooming, and cash handling skills. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for 8 hours and lift between 35 to 50 pounds.
Additional responsibilities and duties of the Store Manager include, but are not limited to:
Hiring/Staffing, Training, and Evaluating employees
Providing safe work environment for employees, customers and vendors
Preparing labor schedules
Contributing to increased profitability of store/company
Maintaining all store equipment
A qualified candidate will be required to have good grooming, communication skills and cash handling skills. This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift up to 35 to 50 pounds. This position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
