Perform general building repairs, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping across two pet care facilities. Ensure the safety and functionality of buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas for staff and animals.
Candidates must have experience in multiple skilled trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, along with the ability to operate landscaping equipment. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required.

Do you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping facilities looking and operating at their best? Creature Comforts Pet Resort is looking for a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain our two busy pet care facilities.
This is a part-time position requiring travel between our Angola and Tonawanda locations.
What You'll Do
No two days are ever the same! One day you may be repairing a fence, and the next you could be patching drywall, troubleshooting a plumbing issue, or preparing the property for winter weather. You'll play an essential role in keeping our buildings, grounds, and equipment safe, functional, and attractive.

This position is responsible for helping ensure both facilities remain safe for our employees, clients, and—most importantly—our animals. You'll be expected to proactively identify maintenance issues, eliminate hazards, and recommend improvements that help prevent accidents and equipment failures.
