The Production Associate performs electronic assembly and sub-assembly tasks, including soldering and machine operation, to complete chassis panels. They are responsible for following production drawings and conducting quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and possess advanced soldering skills and manual dexterity. Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs and work in a moderately noisy production environment is required.

An Electronics Production Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks and processes to complete electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies including but not limited to solder, machine operation, and final assembly. Production Associates must be able to follow established methods and procedures to ensure these tasks are completed as directed by manufacturing schedules with limited supervision. This role reports to Production Supervisor. Hours of work: afternoon shift.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $17 - $23 per hour; a shift differential may also be provided depending on the work hours. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.
