The dispatcher is responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, coordinating route planning, and dispatching field units. They must monitor the status of vehicles and maintain accurate logs while ensuring timely communication between all parties.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of dispatch experience and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in English, strong multitasking abilities, and experience with data entry and Excel are required.
Must be available to work all shifts with emphasize on night schedule, all days. We never close. We run our trucks 24/7 to ensure our customers receive the best service. Training will consist of day and night shifts.
