The Quality Manager directs the plant-wide Quality Plan and oversees all quality assurance and control activities for manufacturing processes and products. This role involves leading problem-solving initiatives for customer complaints and managing quality technicians and inspection points.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, technology, or business and at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Management. Proven success in implementing formalized quality systems and lean manufacturing initiatives in a manufacturing environment is required.

The Quality Manager is responsible for formulating and directing the plant-wide Quality Plan and all activities associated with the development, application, and maintenance of quality expectation standards for manufacturing processes, materials, and products. Lead problem solving process to address customer complaints, internal process yield improvements, and vendor development. Directly manages quality technician(s) and key inspection points (final test)
