The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to create and implement individualized plans of care. They are responsible for delivering hands-on treatment and monitoring progress to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.
Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. A passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care is required.

Compensation: $65.00 per hour
