The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing high-quality hospitality by assisting guests, handling payments, and managing guest concerns. They also act as a communication hub between guests and other hotel departments while maintaining safety procedures.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with open availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. No prior experience is necessary, though previous hotel experience is preferred.

As a Front Desk Clerk you have the responsibility to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
Starting wage: $16/hour
MUST have open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We are also looking to cross-train our front desk staff to work in the small lobby bar during evening shifts as needed. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and willing to cross-train at the bar. No experience necessary. Pay will remain at the starting hourly rate, with the opportunity to earn additional tips.
Education and Experience: Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing at the front desk, up to 8 hours at a time.
