The Medical Assistant is responsible for delivering professional patient care services in primary and urgent care settings. Duties include obtaining vitals, documenting patient history, performing telephone triage, and assisting providers with medical procedures.
Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills with the ability to handle high call volumes. Knowledge of insurance types, pre-authorizations, and pre-certifications is required, along with a commitment to health and safety standards.
