Lead and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants while overseeing daily clinical operations and patient care. Perform advanced technical skills and collaborate with management to improve workflows and maintain hospital protocols.
Requires an active LVT license in Minnesota and 3-5 years of clinical veterinary experience. Prior leadership experience and strong technical skills in anesthesia and dentistry are preferred.
