Oversee day-to-day operations and provide guidance, training, and coaching to associate-level staff to ensure a positive customer experience. Manage assigned departments to maintain profitability through efficient receiving, handling, and replenishment of merchandise.
Requires 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and proficiency with POS and computerized in-store systems. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the ability to work a flexible retail schedule and perform physical tasks.
