The Team Leader will oversee store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards while leading and coaching the team. They will also provide hands-on support, including cleaning tasks and trolley collection, to ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidates must have proven leadership experience with a strong focus on safety and team development. The role requires the ability to work on the floor, manage operational priorities, and operate cleaning equipment.

Our Coles Services team takes pride in making our supermarkets shine. As a Coles Services Team Leader, you'll lead by example while working alongside your team to keep our stores clean, safe and welcoming. From collecting trolleys and completing cleaning tasks to coaching your team and maintaining high standards, you'll play an active role in delivering a great shopping experience every day.
While this role is based in a primary store, it may also operate as a multi-site leadership position, providing hands-on leadership support, coaching and operational oversight across multiple stores within the region.
