Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar store to achieve commercial targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This includes developing the store retail plan and managing all aspects of store performance and compliance.
Requires a highly experienced retail professional with a proven ability to lead and coach large teams of over 100 people. Must have experience working in fast-paced, complex environments with a focus on safety and customer obsession.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store. Your focus in this role is to achieve key commercial targets and provide exceptional customer service by developing and delivering the store retail plan. As Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the business and a highly experienced retail professional, accountable for all aspects of your store.
