Direct in-store activities to achieve sales targets and profitability while maintaining a healthy team culture. Oversee financial results, staff development, and operational consistency regarding safety and company policies.
Requires at least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in specialty or footwear, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Candidates must possess retail operations knowledge and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
