The Sales Lead supports in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets while maintaining a positive team culture. They are responsible for driving financial results, managing operational consistency, and delivering extraordinary customer service.
Candidates should have related field experience and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights and weekends. Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills are required, along with the physical ability to perform store tasks.
