Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and progress reporting to ensure timely execution and clear communication.
  • Maintain project cost tracking, budgets, and financial data within Unanet.
  • Support Project Managers throughout project mobilization, execution, and closeout activities.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Accounting to facilitate purchasing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project reporting templates to improve consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting marine, heavy civil, or industrial construction projects.
  • Proficient in Unanet A/E (or similar ERP) for cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with field and office staff.
  • Working knowledge of contract documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and project documentation independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
  • Degree or coursework in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
