The Director will shape the agency's transportation policy direction and guide complex planning and implementation programs. They will lead a high-performing team and translate regional goals into actionable strategies.
Requires a bachelor's degree in public policy or urban planning and at least 10 years of professional experience in planning and policy analysis. Proven experience in project and personnel management is mandatory.
Hiring Range is $127,331.67-$155,981.53

CMAP employees work a reduced work week of 37.5 hours and a flexible hybrid work schedule at the Old Post Office located at 433 West Van Buren in Chicago, IL. This position is benefit eligible.
