The shunter driver is responsible for effectively managing trailers on and off bays and ensuring the TUG unit is safe to operate. They will also support external hauliers with collections and deliveries while maintaining accurate transport area checks.
Candidates must hold a valid Class 1 licence with at least 3 years of experience and a valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC). Applicants should have fewer than 6 penalty points on their licence and be capable of performing manual handling tasks.

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Class 1 Shunters to join our team in Northfleet supporting our customer, Arbex. This is a permanent role, and you will be working 42 hours per week on a 4on,4off shift pattern.
Shifts available 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00
