The QA Technician performs daily quality and food safety checks to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Responsibilities include conducting pre-operational inspections, environmental swabbing, and maintaining quality documentation and KPIs.
Candidates should have an associate degree in science or equivalent experience, with at least one year of quality experience in food manufacturing. HACCP or PCQI certifications and lab experience are preferred, though entry-level candidates may be considered.
