The Home Infusion Registered Nurse travels to patients' homes to administer prescribed infusion therapies and perform comprehensive nursing assessments. They are responsible for maintaining central venous access devices, educating patients on care, and documenting all treatments in the electronic medical record.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and a current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse license. A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in an acute care setting such as ICU, ER, or Infusion is required, along with BLS certification.

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and compassionate Home Infusion Registered Nurses to join our team and provide in-home infusion services throughout California.
The Home Infusion Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality infusion therapy in patients' homes. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong IV skills, independent decision-making, and exceptional patient education. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, pharmacists, and the clinical team to ensure the highest level of patient care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
The hourly pay range for this position is $55.00–$65.00 per hour, depending on experience, clinical expertise, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
