Manage the CIC environment within Cleo B2B Cloud systems and troubleshoot customer EDI issues. Responsibilities include handling trading partner onboarding, bug-fixing translation issues, and managing SFTP/AS2 setups.
Candidates must have experience with EDI mapping, ANSI X12/EDIFACT standards, and various transfer protocols. Knowledge of XML, flat files, and basic API or database concepts is highly desired.
