The Sales Representative will drive sales growth and profitability by identifying and closing new business opportunities for automation solutions. They will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead follow-up and proposal development to maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Candidates should have experience selling industrial automation offerings and possess a strong network of industry contacts. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities for assigned CKC offerings. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and uncover high value opportunities that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Utilize passion for automation, exceptional communication skills and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
Requirements
Salary $100,000 – $120,000/year
Performance Incentive $40,000+/year (at goal)
