The Cost Accountant is responsible for developing and analyzing standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead within a metal stamping environment. They will monitor inventory transactions, perform variance analysis, and provide financial insights to support operational decision-making.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
