The BCBA will provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a school setting, including developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting functional behavior assessments, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A valid behavior analyst license in Maryland is required.
