Resumen: El Asistente Administrativo es la primera persona que un miembro de la familia verá o con la que hablará y es responsable de dar una primera buena impresión, al saludar y recibir a nuestros clientes sin cita previa o respondiendo las llamadas telefónicas entrantes. El Asistente Administrativo interactúa con los departamentos internos, el personal y líderes de la localidad, individuos, familias y otros proveedores de servicios externos. Deberes y Responsabilidades Principales:
Servir como recepcionista principal de llamadas entrantes.
Mantener los calendarios y los horarios de servicios para los arreglos familiares, servicios funerarios y eventos comunitarios.
Comunicarse eficaz y efectivamente con los departamentos y el personal interno y externo.
Dirigir a los vendedores o proveedores al lugar apropiado para las entregas.
Garantizar que haya suministros adecuados disponibles para los arreglos y servicios familiares.
Asistir en la preparación de tarjetas de recordatorios, pizarra y otros artículos seleccionados por la familia.
Orientar y asistir a los clientes sobre los servicios y alternativas de pago que ofrece SFC, ya sea por teléfono de forma presencial.
Apoyar a contabilidad en los contratos, pagos, y otros.
Desempeñar otras tareas según lo solicite el Gerente de la Facilidad.
Requisitos de la posición:
Diploma de escuela secundaria/GED, grado universitario preferible.
Dos a cuatro años de experiencia en un entorno de oficina, realizando tareas administrativas, recibiendo múltiples llamadas y teniendo contacto directo con el público.
Conocimiento en Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Disponibilidad para trabajar sábados.
Salario: $11.50/hora Beneficios: licencia de vacaciones, licencia de enfermedad, plan médico, plan de retiro. Localidad: Cupey, P.R.
