Assist with the maintenance and housekeeping of facility grounds and the handling of inbound and outbound agronomy products. Operate vehicles and equipment according to safety policies while performing minor maintenance and loading tasks.
Candidates must be safety-minded, dependable, and capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. A clean motor vehicle record is required, along with the ability to work outdoors and meet strict deadlines.

Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds
Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products
Ensure Safety compliance.
Maintain & record maintenance of any/all equipment
Provide courteous customer service.
Operate all equipment & vehicles according to COFC policy and procedure along with all local, state, and federal laws.
Properly load/unload trucks
Properly load railcars
Operate various equipment
Perform minor maintenance and greasing of equipment
Assist with cleaning of bins and silos
Must have good attendance
Must be safety minded
Must be able to meet and work with strict deadlines
Must possess a strong attention to detail
Must have good communication skills
Initiative to work independently and also in a team environment
Adaptable, self-starter, dependable
Must be able to work outside
Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record. No OVI, DUI or more than two (2) points on record.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
