Lead and manage a PreK classroom in compliance with Illinois DCFS licensing requirements. Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and foster nurturing relationships with children and families.
Candidates must meet Illinois DCFS qualifications for Lead Teachers and have prior experience in a licensed childcare setting. A strong understanding of early childhood development and a patient teaching style are required.
