The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations, including staff coordination, patient scheduling, and insurance eligibility. They are responsible for auditing team performance, managing onboarding, and ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience managing a dental office and be familiar with dental assisting and x-rays. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Open Dental and Microsoft Office are required.
