Membership-Based Concierge Optimal Wellness & Longevity Medicine Practice

We are a thriving, established concierge practice specializing in Optimal Wellness, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Sexual Wellness, Longevity Medicine, IV Therapy, and Regenerative Medicine. With over 20 years of experience, we are committed to providing deeply personalized, cutting-edge care that empowers patients to achieve vibrant health and an exceptional quality of life.

Our model emphasizes high-touch, low-volume care, allowing for meaningful patient relationships and transformative outcomes. We are seeking a like-minded provider to join our dedicated, innovative team.

Position Details
PA/NP On site

Focus on:
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
Longevity & Age Optimization Strategies
Advanced Sexual Wellness Procedures (e.g., O-Shot®, P-Shot®, Mona Lisa Touch)
IV Nutrient Therapies (e.g., NAD+)
Regenerative Medicine (e.g., Exosomes, PRP)

We're Looking For:
  • A forward-thinking, enthusiastic PA/ NP passionate about wellness, prevention, and optimization rather than disease-based care.
  • Someone who values deep, long-term patient relationships and is excited to partner with patients who are proactive, motivated, and committed to their health journey.
  • Experience in functional or integrative medicine, hormone therapy, or regenerative procedures is a plus — but training will be provided for the right candidate.
