As a Credit & Portfolio Analyst – Private Credit & Structured Finance, you will play a key role in executing structured credit transactions across various asset classes. Reporting to the Head of Client Integration, you will collaborate with financial institutions, alternative investors, and internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions that drive industry transformation.
This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals from banking or audit backgrounds who are eager to grow into structured finance and fintech, while working closely with global stakeholders and complex credit structures.
Analyse securitization and asset-based lending structures, extracting key insights from reports, legal documentation, and transaction mechanics to support investment strategies.
Work with large datasets in Excel, mapping data sources to Cardo AI’s proprietary financial models and producing clear, structured outputs.
Use SQL to query and explore financial data, supporting analysis and reporting tasks (training provided for those looking to deepen SQL skills).
Map client data sources (loan tapes, servicing reports, borrowing base files) to Cardo AI's standard data models, resolving differences in field definitions, granularity, and formats to produce clean, structured outputs.
Translate transaction mechanics into the platform, modelling waterfalls, eligibility criteria, borrowing base tests, and performance triggers from legal documentation into Cardo AI's proprietary financial models.
Act as a trusted point of contact for financial institution clients, delivering tailored solutions and communicating findings in a clear, professional manner.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth process implementation and continuous improvement.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (data modelling, pivot tables, financial analysis); SQL experience is a plus and will be supported with training.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills in both Albanian and English, with a strong passion for client interaction and relationship building.
