Lead the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance and achieving sales goals. Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, store opening/closing, and maintaining organizational standards.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in retail management or a leadership role. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
