Lead the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance and achieving sales goals. Manage daily retail operations including inventory, pricing, and store opening and closing procedures.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in retail management or a team leadership role. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
